This Privacy Policy describes how Erised Media L.L.C-FZ (operating the “Simone Ferretti” brand · “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit simoneferretti.netand its subdomains (the “Site”), including free.simoneferretti.net.
We do not sell physical products or process payments on this Site. It exists to deliver free educational content (the “AI Avatar Masterclass,” the “AI Content System,” webinar registrations, and a waitlist for future paid offerings) and to keep you informed about new launches.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- First name and email address when you opt in to a lead-magnet, register for a webinar, or join a waitlist.
- Optional qualifying answers· e.g. the situation question on the waitlist form (“What best describes your situation right now?”).
- Anything you reply to us with when you respond to our emails or contact us at the address below.
Information collected automatically
- Device + browser data · IP address, user-agent, browser version, operating system, device type, screen size, language, time zone.
- Usage data · pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked, the page that referred you, and the page you left to.
- Marketing attribution parameters · UTM tags (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content), ad-platform click ids (fbclid,gclid,ttclid, etc.), and our own first-party visitor id (trakyo_id) so we can credit the correct traffic source for each signup. - Coarse location · the city and country derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
2. How we use your information
- To send you the free content or access link you signed up for.
- To keep you informed about new content, upcoming webinars, and founding-access waitlists you’ve opted into.
- To understand which traffic sources and creative variants drive signups so we can improve them.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. honeypot fields, rate limiting, IP-level abuse signals).
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (UK / EU GDPR)
If you are in the UK or EEA, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR:
- Consent · for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send you.
- Legitimate interest· for security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics that don’t identify you individually.

4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors below, each of which has signed a data processing agreement with us and is bound by their own privacy policy.

- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd · ad measurement (Meta Pixel + Conversions API). Receives hashed/derived signals when you trigger events on the Site so we can measure ad campaigns and exclude existing leads from prospecting audiences. Meta Privacy Policy

- Upstash Inc. · serverless Redis store for the social-proof toast feed and our internal counters. Upstash Privacy Policy
- Supabase Inc. · analytics database (form submissions ledger and product analytics). Supabase Privacy Policy
- Trakyo · first-party visitor-attribution tracking. Sets a
trakyo_idcookie used to tie an eventual signup back to the traffic source that produced it. - noKhaos / Trace · first-party web-analytics script (page views, sessions, marketing attribution).
We may also disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, court orders, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
5. International transfers
Our processors are based in the EU, the UK, and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK / EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum, plus our processors’ own approved transfer mechanisms.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary · for the Site to function (e.g. session handling, honeypot anti-spam).
- Analytics + attribution · Trakyo, Nokhaos Trace, and our own first-party cookies that record the marketing attribution and pages you visited.
- Advertising · the Meta Pixel uses cookies and local storage to attribute conversions to ads you may have seen.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may break parts of the Site (for example, the email opt-in flow).
7. Data retention
We retain your name and email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Aggregated analytics data (page views, conversion rates, attribution rollups) may be retained indefinitely in de-identified form. Server access logs are typically retained for 90 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

9. Children
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit (HTTPS / TLS) and at rest (encrypted databases at our processors). No system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers where appropriate.
