These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of simoneferretti.net and its subdomains, including free.simoneferretti.net (collectively the “Site”), operated by Erised Media L.L.C-FZ, a UAE Free Zone limited liability company (operating the “Simone Ferretti” brand · “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer
The Site offers free educational content · video masterclasses, written guides, live webinars, and an early-access waitlist for upcoming products. We do not currently sell anything directly through the Site. Future paid products will have their own separate terms presented at the point of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Site or submit any information through it.
3. Your account and submissions
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you opt in to any form on the Site.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
- You will not impersonate another person or use a false email address.

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure.

- Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any other person.

All content on the Site · including videos, text, graphics, logos, the “AI Avatar Masterclass” and “AI Content System” frameworks, scripts, prompts, and any downloadable materials · is owned by Erised Media L.L.C-FZ or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the free content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, white-label, or train any machine-learning model on our content without our written permission.
6. Educational content · no guarantee of results
Everything on the Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Specific results vary from person to person and depend on factors outside our control · your effort, experience, market conditions, audience, business model, and many other variables.
We make no guarantees about earnings, engagement, audience growth, business outcomes, or any other result you may or may not achieve from applying the content. Any figures or examples shared are illustrative and not promises.
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
7. Third-party tools, links, and embeds

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Erised Media L.L.C-FZ, our affiliates, or our service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages · including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption · arising from your access to or use of the Site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed GBP 100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (whichever is greater).

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Free Zone in which Erised Media L.L.C-FZ is registered. The courts of the United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
