Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund terms that apply to any paid product or service purchased from simoneferretti.net (the “Site”), operated by Erised Media L.L.C-FZ.

1. Free content and waitlists

Most of what we offer through this Site is free · the AI Avatar Masterclass, the AI Content System guide, live webinars, and the early-access waitlist. There is nothing to refund because nothing was paid.

If you no longer want to receive emails or be on a waitlist, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we send you, or contact us using the details below.

2. Future paid products

We are preparing paid products for launch (the “founding access” waitlist on this Site is the early-bird list for those products). When those products launch, the specific refund terms for each product will be clearly presented at the point of purchase · including any money-back guarantee window, eligibility conditions, and exclusions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, our default refund policy for future digital products will be:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, requested in writing to the email below.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds may be declined if there is clear evidence of abuse · for example, downloading the full course material and then requesting a refund.

3. Consumer rights (UK + EU)

Where applicable, our refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer · including the right of withdrawal for digital content under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Note that for digital content delivered immediately with your express consent, the 14-day withdrawal right may be waived as permitted by law; we will make this clear at the point of purchase.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first · we will almost always resolve the issue directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in your access to any purchased product being revoked and may prevent you from purchasing from us in the future.

5. Exchanges

Digital products are not exchanged. If you purchased the wrong product, please request a refund within the eligible window and then purchase the correct product separately.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as we launch new products. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
